1.1. The reservation deposit amount is €199.
1.2. The deposit is designed to reserve a car up to the point of the customer viewing the car.
1.3. The deposit holds the car for a 48 working hour period from the time of reservation.
2.1. The deposit is fully refundable up until the customer has come in to view the car.
2.2. If the customer decides not to proceed with the purchase after viewing the car, the deposit will be refunded.
2.3. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time frame, typically within 10 business days.
3.1. Once the customer verbally agrees to proceed with the purchase of the car after viewing, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
3.2. At this point, the car is taken offline, and any necessary work on the car begins.
3.3. Any other sales leads will be informed that the car is unavailable.
4.1. While we strive to keep our online inventory updated, there is a possibility that the car reserved may become unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.
4.2. In such cases, we will give you the choice between a refund of the deposit or transferring to deposit to an alternative vehicle of similar specifications.
5.1. The reservation deposit holds the car for a 48 working hour period, excluding weekends and public holidays, from the time of reservation.
5.2. If the customer fails to view the car within this period, the reservation may be cancelled, and the deposit may be refunded at our discretion.
6.1. The reservation deposit does not constitute a sales contract or guarantee the availability of the car until the customer agrees to proceed with the purchase after viewing.
6.2. A separate sales contract will be provided for the purchase of the car, outlining the terms and conditions of the sale.
7.1. Any personal information provided during the reservation process will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
7.2. By making a reservation deposit, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal information as outlined in our privacy policy.
8.1. We reserve the right to modify or terminate these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
8.2. Any changes to these terms and conditions will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
9.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
